Suzuki might launch its scooter, Suzuki Skydrive in India with the price range of 45,000 to 50,000. Scooter market in india is as important as bike market. While Honda and TVS lead scooter market, other players are also paying serious attention in this segment. Mostly College guys, women and senior citizens use scooters as their ride.

Generally we have 100cc scooters in India which are produced by Honda, TVS, suzuki, Bajaj and others. I guess new era of scooter with higher engine capacity is coming. Piaggio has launched its 125cc Vespa in india. Yamaha is also planning to launch Yamaha Ray 125, which is 125cc scooter.
